- Asking about Creator Pro or Agency beta access. The current static beta does not collect payment or create a subscription.
- Sending a privacy question or asking how the local-first tool handles information.
- Reporting deceptive impersonation, fabricated engagement claims, or another misuse of an exported mockup.
Include useful context
For a product issue, include the page path, browser and device, the action you took, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help if it does not contain private information. Please do not send passwords, TikTok credentials, payment card numbers, security codes, private customer records, or confidential business material.
Billing and refunds
The current Free Studio and beta request links do not charge a fee. If paid access is introduced, the checkout and account flow will identify the applicable plan terms. For a billing question, use this address and include a receipt or transaction reference only; never send full payment card details. See the Refund Policy for the current status.
What this address is not
Comment Generator is an independent creative utility, not TikTok support. We cannot recover a TikTok account, moderate a TikTok comment, verify a username, publish a reply, or confirm real audience engagement. The tool creates clearly fictional visual mockups for creative workflows.
