These Terms of Service govern your use of commentgenerator.app and its browser-based tools. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service does
Comment Generator provides a creative utility for making clearly fictional TikTok comment mockups. The current tool can show a live preview, insert starter ideas, copy plain text, and export a PNG from the browser. The tool is not a TikTok account, publisher, moderation service, analytics platform, or source of verified engagement data.
Responsible use
You may use the tool for storyboards, UGC planning, video editing, education, parody, presentations, and other lawful creative work. You must not use an export to impersonate a real person, fabricate a real testimonial, misrepresent audience engagement, create deceptive evidence, conduct fraud, harass someone, or suggest that TikTok verified the generated content.
If a viewer could mistake an export for a real social screenshot, label it as a mockup, fictional example, parody, or illustration. You are responsible for the context in which you publish or share the file. Adding a verified-style badge, username, reply line, or like count does not make any part of the visual real.
Your content
You are responsible for the comment text, username, and other material you enter. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private customer records, confidential business information, or personal data that you do not have permission to use. You must have the rights or permission needed for any text, name, logo, or other material included in work you publish.
The current static tool handles the editor fields in your browser. The PNG export is generated locally. This technical behavior does not remove your responsibility to review the result, check names and claims, and use the file lawfully.
Exports and availability
PNG files are provided as a convenience for your workflow. You should review each export before sharing it because browser fonts, rendering support, and local settings can affect the result. We do not guarantee that the tool will be available continuously, that every browser will render the same output, or that a downloaded asset will meet a particular platform's technical requirements.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the free studio to maintain the service, address abuse, or develop paid features. The daily free preview count in the current MVP is a browser-side product limit, not a promise of a permanent account entitlement.
Paid features and beta access
The Creator Pro and Agency cards describe planned product directions. The current static page does not process payment or create a subscription. An email request is only a request for contact or beta access. No paid entitlement exists until a separate written offer or working checkout identifies the plan, price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and feature terms.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The Comment Generator site, original interface, copy, and code are provided by the site owner unless otherwise stated. TikTok and related marks belong to their respective owner. Comment Generator is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. You may not present the site as an official TikTok service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that an export will improve reach, engagement, conversions, ad performance, or approval by a platform. A generated visual is not proof of a comment, account, user, brand relationship, or audience response.
