This Refund Policy explains the current payment status of commentgenerator.app and the process that will apply to billing questions if paid features are launched. It should be read with the Terms of Service.
Current beta status
The current Comment Generator MVP does not have an active paid checkout, subscription, or payment collection flow. The Free Studio is free to use within its browser-side allowance. The Creator Pro and Agency buttons are beta request links that open email; they do not create an order or charge a card.
Because the current beta does not collect payment, there are no paid beta purchases that require a refund under this policy. Do not email payment card details to request access or ask a billing question.
When paid access is introduced
Before a paid plan is available, the checkout or account flow will show the plan price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, included features, and the refund rules for that transaction. This page will be updated when those terms become active. The terms shown at checkout will control the relevant order, subject to applicable law.
How to raise a billing question
If you believe a future charge is incorrect, duplicated, or associated with the wrong plan, email support@commentgenerator.app. Include the email used for the account, the receipt or transaction reference, the charge date, and the resolution you are requesting. Please do not include a full card number, security code, password, or TikTok credentials.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
We will review billing reports against our payment records and the payment provider's rules. Where a duplicate or processing error is verified, we will work to correct it or issue an appropriate refund where required or allowed. A bank or payment-provider statement may show a different processing date from the date on which a request is reviewed.
Cancellations and unused access
If a subscription is launched, the active checkout or account settings will explain how to cancel future renewals. Sending an email does not by itself confirm cancellation; keep the confirmation from the account or support channel. Any treatment of unused time, exports, credits, or partially used access will be stated in the paid plan terms before purchase.
Beta requests and free exports
An email request for Creator Pro or Agency beta access is not a paid order. A local PNG export from the free tool is not a purchased digital product. If the product changes from this model, the applicable purchase terms will be displayed before payment and reflected in an updated policy.
